Open Minds Nambour is moving

This new location will mean that we are closer to our NDIS and Coastal Supports service users, and it will enable us to have quicker access to the rest of the Sunshine Coast.

Things shouldn’t change much, we’ll continue delivering our services as usual but just from a new office location.

Our CHIME (Connectedness, Hope, Identity, Meaning, Empowerment) program ceased in June 2019 due to lack of renewed funding, and our team are in the process of transitioning CHIME clients away from the program before the end of September 2019.

This means that our CHIME service users will not be impacted by the move, as our team are supporting them to either access NPS (National Psychosocial Support), NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), or another service provider.

Here’s the details about the office relocation:

When: We’ll start moving from mid-September 2019 and will have completed the move by 30th September.
Where: We are relocating to 1B, 30 Maud Street, Maroochydore, QLD, 4558.

Questions?

We will be in a new location, but nothing else should really change. The office opening hours will remain 8:30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If you do have any questions about this move, please speak to your usual Open Minds contact, or call us on: 07 5348 9100.
