At Open Minds, we provide a specialised suite of community support services to people with mental health needs and psychosocial disability. Our team offers services are tailored to meet individual needs and our team work to empower our clients to achieve goals for a positive future.
Support services we offer at this location
- Community access support
  
  Community access support assists people with psychosocial disabilities in build social networks, living indpendently and participating in their communities.
- headspace
  
  headspace supports young people aged 12-25 with free or low-cost clinical and psychosocial support by connecting them with health, education and employment networks.
- In home support
  
  In home support provides personalised living assistance for people with an NDIS plan within the comfort of their own home, helping you to gain or maintain your independence.
- Specialist Homeless Services
  
  Partnering with Bric Housing to support peope with mental health needs who are experiencing housing distress in the Redcliffe area.
- Supported independent living
  
  Supported independent living helps people aged 18-65 live independently by assisting with shopping, cleaning, personal care, and other supports.
