Open to any Queensland-based organisation which has demonstrated excellence in the promotion of positive mental health, mental health outcomes and inclusion of people living with mental illness for the benefit of its communities. This includes innovative programs, practices or initiatives.

Evaluation Criteria

1. Enhances the quality of life, wellbeing and inclusion of people who live with mental illness.
2. Promotes social justice and raises mental health awareness in community.
3. Delivers best practice programs to promote positive mental health.
4. Demonstrates qualities of leadership, vision and innovation.
