Jamilla Johnson


Jamilla is a gentle and warm psychologist with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. Jamilla is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative therapy. With a background in schools, hospitals and community settings, Jamilla is skilled in working with youth, families and adults. Her intention is to walk alongside individuals as they navigate personal and societal struggles, together finding new skills, new supports and new understandings about themselves and the world. She has a special interest in depression and anxiety, burnout, and climate change anxiety.
