My therapeutic framework is a person centred approach that draws on my training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I find that these approaches are useful in helping clients to enact important changes in their lives, to set and achieve goals, and achieve progress.

In my sessions with clients, I aim to provide clients with an opportunity to feel supported and safe to enact positive change in their lives. I find it rewarding to listen and learn about the lives of the people I meet, and to hear that we all have our own tales of sorrow, loss, triumph and resilience.
