    We provide access to vital support through our headspace centres for young people, including mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services.

    headspace is the national youth mental health foundation that provides early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through centres in communities across Australia, online and phone counselling services, ovocational services, and presence in schools.

    By connecting with one of our headspace centres, we help improve young people’s mental, social and emotional well-being by providing high-quality, integrated services when and where they’re needed. Through our headspace centres, we provide access to Brisbane’s best mental health networks, education, and employment services for those who need them.
