Specialist Support Coordination is very similar to Support Coordination but it is funded where there are additional high or complex needs in the individual's situation. It is an NDIS funded Support, designed to assist people to get the most out of their NDIS funding packages. Qualified specialists explore options and recommend where and how to access relevant supports, connecting the individual with the very best providers in the industry.
