Grace Barille

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Grace is a 4th year Psychology Graduate with a strong knowledge of human behaviour and a commitment to community-based health and social issues. She commenced with Open Minds in 2021 as a Support Worker and has since taken on the role of a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner after completing her Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Grace has previous experience working with adults with complex physical and mental health issues. 

By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, Grace endeavours to undertake efficient behaviour support assessments and develop structured behaviour support plans holistically. Grace strongly promotes the use of person-centred and evidence-based behaviour support plans, allowing for clients to improve their quality of life and reach their individual goals.

Grace states, “I am passionate and motivated towards creating and maintaining inclusive services for all, with an ultimate objective to improve overall biological, psychological, and social wellbeing.”
